Sapience is on a Mission
A mission to redefine ‘HR’
As a business, do you absolutely know, utilise and truly maximise the potential of your HUMAN resources? Unless you quite literally have a team of robots, your people are your power and they provide the ‘punch’ in what you do. It’s this ‘punch’ that makes your profits, your performance and your future bright and successful.
Each business, as well as each industry, is understandably unique, with different people and therefore different working structures, cultures, procedures, and requirements. It’s the challenge of identifying these individual company, staff and business needs and designing and delivering immediate or long-term specialist, bespoke actions, programmes and solutions that drives the Sapience team every single day.
Sapience continually delivers this fresh, proactive, honest and straightforward strategic approach to brilliant human resources; an approach that continually delivers, on multiple levels.
Driving the Brilliance into Business
Sue is the Founder and Managing Director of Sapience HR, and the driving force behind everything that we do.
Sue has many years of experience in Human Resource management, across countless private and public sectors and organisations and she has quite literally seen it all in her time.
An accomplished change manager, consultant, mediator and facilitator, Sue’s ability to ask straightforward, no-nonsense questions gets her immediately to the heart of a person or an organisation. It is this deep insight that allows her to create and drive transformative people programmes and changes that take her clients, and their companies, to new levels of success.
Sue is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and her numerous professional qualifications include a MA in Strategic Human Resources, a Director through the Institute of Directors, certificates in Project Management, Health and Safety, NLP and Work Place Mediation.
Out of the office, Sue can regularly be found romping the Cornish coastline, consuming decent coffee and dreaming of foreign climes.
