For those tricky workplace relationship problems, we also offer workplace mediation. This is a process in which a neutral mediator helps the parties involved to work out their own resolution to the problems which have arisen between them. The mediator acts as a neutral facilitator and does not offer professional advice in this situation. The process is voluntary for the parties involved and totally confidential.
