Psychometric Behavioural Profiling
Here at Sapience HR, we can also help your staff development or recruitment process by providing Psychometric Behavioural Profiling. The profiling measures an individual’s behaviour and the test can give you, the employer an insight into the person’s hidden psychology. We can also test knowledge and can measure manual dexterity and speed. The profiling can also be used for recruitment, team building, conflict resolution and communications. A real aid to help you get to know your staff better.
Workplace Mediation
For those tricky workplace relationship problems, we also offer workplace mediation. This is a process in which a neutral mediator helps the parties involved to work out their own resolution to problems which have arisen between them. The mediator acts as a independent facilitator and does not offer professional advice in this situation. The process is voluntary for the parties involved and totally confidential. Mediation is useful where there has been a long standing problem between employees and everyone is stuck on how to improve things.
