Sue Hook, Managing Director
Sue is the Founder and Managing Director of Sapience HR. Sue has many years’ experience in Human Resource management in both the private and public sectors and has undertaken a number of very high profile & challenging roles. As an accomplished change manager, consultant, mediator and facilitator, she specialises in business improvement through people. Sue has always been fascinated by the human and organisation aspects of company development and has more than a passing interest in psychology, including the benefit of psychometrics in business. She regularly undertakes and enjoys public speaking on many HR topics.
Sue is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), a board member for Enterprise Facilitation in Cornwall and a high profile member of the Cornwall Chamber of Commerce.
Her numerous professional qualifications include a MA in Strategic Human Resources, qualified by exam as a Director through the Institute of Directors, certificates in Project Management, Health and Safety, NLP and Work Place Mediation.
Sue marshals her thoughts and ideas while walking the Cornish coastline, consuming decent coffee and dreaming of foreign climes.
